Child Pricing Policy for Package Tours:
- Children under 6 years old: Sharing services with parents – free of charge.
- Children from 6 to under 12 years old: 25% discount on the adult price.
- Children aged 12 and above: Charged at the adult rate.
Peak Season Surcharge:
- Building A applies a 10% peak-season surcharge on room rates during public holidays and Tet, on the following dates: 01/01/2026; from 18/02 to 21/02; 26/04; 30/04; 01/05; 02/09; 24/12; 31/12/2026.
Cancellation / Prepayment :Policies vary depending on room type and rate plan. Some rates include free cancellation if booked under flexible conditions
