Travel Tips – Know Before You Go :
✔ Be in good physical condition for trekking and caving.
✔ Bring essentials: swimwear, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, leech medicine.
✔ Zipline weight limit: 40 – 90 kg (88 – 200 lbs). Children and those outside the weight limit can kayak to the mud bath.
✔ As this is a group tour, pick-up time may vary. Please be ready by 8:00 AM in your hotel lobby.

Itinerary
Morning :
✔ Your guide picks you up at your hotel in Phong Nha Town. The first stop is Tam Co Cave (Eight Ladies Cave), a sacred site honoring eight young volunteers who sacrificed their lives during the Vietnam War. Guests can light incense and pay tribute to these heroes.
✔ At 9:30 AM, continue to Paradise Cave. From the bus station, trek about 40 minutes through the forest to the cave entrance. After a short rest, step inside and admire the spectacular stalactites and stalagmites stretching along the first kilometer. With your guide’s explanations, you will fully enjoy the hidden beauty of this natural wonder. After exploring, take a buggy back and have lunch at a local restaurant.
Afternoon :
The adventure continues with exciting activities at Dark Cave:
✔ Zipline across the Chay River
✔ Kayak & river walk
✔ Natural mud bath – the highlight of the trip
✔ After refreshing in the river, you can kayak or swim before returning to Phong Nha Town. Tour ends around 5:00 PM.
