  • Cooking Class Schedule:

    Duration: 3.5 hours from starting time

    Pick-up: Hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter (walking/motorbike)

    Morning class: 8:00–8:15 A.M → Drop-off: 11:30 A.M

    Afternoon class: 1:30–1:45 P.M → Drop-off: 5:30 P.M

PRICE POLICY FOR CHILDREN:

  • Free of charge for children from 1-3 years old.
  • 50 % rate of adult for children from 4-6 years old.
  • 100 % rate of adult for children from 7 years old.

 

Description

We offer two daily class options:

  • MORNING CLASS: 8:00 A.M-8:15 A.M
  • AFTERNOON CLASS: 1.30 P.M-1.45 P.M

MENU:

This is a customized menu. Customers have a short discussion with the chef about which dishes everyone agrees to cook. You have 02 free selected dishes and 01 dishes  recommended by the chef. 

We OFFER FREE 01 special drinks from Vietnam to learn how to do it.  

Your choice of:

  1. Ca Phe Trung: Local selected coffee with whipping egg yolks is an inspiration of Hanoians
  2. Bia Trung: Beer with whipping egg yolks is an inspiration of Hanoians who love the taste of beer with whipping eggs. It might seem strange at first but it is worth a try.

TRADITIONAL VIETNAMESE CUISINE:

  1. BUN CHA: - Grilled pork belly in deeping fish sauce. Comes with fresh noodles and local herbs.
  2. PHO BO HA NOI - Rice noodle soup with beef, Hanoi style
  3. PHO GA HA NOI - Rice noodle soup with chicken,Hanoi style
  4. NEM RAN HA NOI - Traditional spring rolls with minced pork.
  5. PHO CUON HA NOI - Fresh noodle rolls with beef and fresh local herbs.
  6. NOM GA HOA CHUOI - Banana flower salad with chicken
  7. GA XAO SA OT- Sauteed chicken with lemongrass and chili. Served with steam rice.
  8. PHO CHIEN PHONG BO - Deep fried crispy noodle with sauteed beef and bok-choy

 

VEGAN OPTIONS:

  1. NOM HOA CHUOI CHAY - Banana flower salad
  2. NAM HAP XA- Steamed assorted mushrooms with lemongrass
  3. PHO CHIEN PHONG RAU CU - Deep - fried noodles with sauteed assorted vegetables
  4. NEM RAN CHAY– Deep - fried spring roll with assorted vegetables
  5. PHO NUOC CHAY - Vegan rice wartery noodle soup
  6. DAU HU SOT ME - Deep fried tofu, tamarind dressing.

 

INCLUSIONS:

  1. Pick up and drop off from your hotel (located in Hanoi Old Quarter only) by walking or motorbike.
  2. Learn to cook 3 dishes + learn to make egg coffee/ egg beer
  3. Steamed rice comes along with dishes you have cooked
