Room rates include breakfast, a 5% service charge, and 8% VAT.
Included services also provide 01 complimentary bottle of mineral water per person per day.
Surcharge Policy:
A 30% room rate surcharge applies on major public holidays of the year:
- Solar New Year (01/01/2025); Lunar New Year (1st–3rd day of the Lunar New Year); Hung Kings’ Commemoration Day (10/3 Lunar Calendar); International Labor Day holiday (30/04–02/05, 3 nights); National Day (01–02/09).
- Children under 6 years old sharing the same bed with parents stay free of charge (maximum 1 child per room, no extra bed).
- Children aged 6–10 and the second child are charged VND 120,000 per person.
- Children aged 11 and above or the third adult are charged VND 200,000 per person.
Meal Policy:
- Vietnamese guests: VND 120,000 per portion and above (for groups of 20 guests or more).
- International guests: VND 140,000 per portion and above (for groups of 20 guests or more).
Cancellation / Prepayment : Policies vary depending on room type and rate plan. Some rates include free cancellation if booked under flexible conditions
